The long-established Gontermann-Peipers company, a family-run business with over 200 years of history, produces sophisticated rollers for the global steel and aluminum industries, as well as heavy cast components for general mechanical engineering, at two locations in Siegen.
Gontermann-Peipers GmbH's annual revenue is approximately €100 to €120 million, with international sales accounting for around 60% of total revenue.
The Siegen-based company is a classic, independent family business. Ownership is held by the 14 descendants of the founding Gontermann and Peipers families. The company is now in its sixth and seventh generation of family shareholders.
