We are delighted to welcome Camilla Camaglia at GoSee. The Italian native spent her childhood in various different countries all over the world – from the Middle East to South America. An experience that inspires her to this day : Her diverse cosmopolitan and multifaceted background flows noticeably into her creative work.
Her areas of expertise are beauty, fashion & portrait – often in combination with commercial assignments. And her keen eye for colors, shapes and sophisticated aesthetic down to the last detail is sought-after by artists, magazines and agencies alike as well as by high-end make-up artists worldwide.
We present you her artwork for globally acclaimed and honored opera star Anna Netrebko here on GoSee. For the album ‘Amata dalle Tenebre’, recorded at Milans Teatro Alla Scala, Camilla was commissioned by Universal Music Germany / Deutsche Grammophon to realize the accompanying campaign. The shoot with the singer took place in Vienna, and the motifs appeared, among other places, on the cover of British Gramophone magazine.
Born in Russia, Anna Jurjewna Netrebko is a Russian-Austrian opera singer with a soprano voice. In 2006, the singer residing in St. Petersburg obtained Austrian citizenship in addition to that of Russia.
Camilla Camaglia studied Photography and Visual Communication at IED in Rome, where she graduated in 2006. In 2019, she published her make-up book in cooperation with international make-up artist Einat Dan and support from the make-up brand Kryolan.
