Its main function is to stimulate muscle work during training and increase its efficiency. The compression garment also improves blood circulation, speeding up the recovery of tired muscles from intense training. All this happens due to the use of special anatomical outer and inner prints. The inner prints reduce the impact of micro-shocks and stimulate muscle work. The external prints, visible to the naked eye, inspired by body taping, support the protection of muscles from micro-injuries. They are placed in areas prone to injury – similar to patches applied by a physiotherapist.
