The Toni Garrn Foundation was founded in 2016 to support educational initiatives for girls in Africa. Its goal is to strengthen the individual and thus their family and the local community.
The motifs presented here for the TONI GARRN FOUNDATION were photographed in Africa by Florian SCHÜPPEL c/o VISUALEYES ARTISTS.
Many girls in Africa have no opportunity to receive an education due to poverty, gender and long and often dangerous school routes. But particularly for girls, education means self-determination, less child marriages and less early motherhood, a higher household income and better education for the next generation.
“We do our work through resource mobilization and advocacy. Our partners are local, community-based organizations, often times primary and secondary schools with a capacity to add health care and women empowerment centers.” Toni Garrn.
Toni Garrn made her international breakthrough in 2007 when she was booked exclusively for Calvin Klein. The campaigns for Calvin Klein and CK Jeans appeared in 2008. She was seen in campaigns for Burberry, Chloé, Closed, Dior, Donna Karan, Etro, Emporio Armani, Fendi, Hugo Boss, Jill Stuart, Jil Sander, Prada and Versace. Today, she lives with her daughter in Hamburg.

“You don’t have to be perfect to protect the climate.” With this simple but encouraging message, the WWF would like to remind people in Switzerland that even little actions can make an important contribution to climate protection.
This campaign was produced in cooperation with the agency Wirz in Zurich, and it was photographed by Niv SHANK c/o VISUALEYES ARTISTS.
“Our planet, the climate, biodiversity – they don’t need one person that does everything perfect. They need millions doing everything imperfectly. That’s how we achieve great things!” says Corina Gyssler from WWF.
The WWF is a foundation according to Swiss law with headquarters in Gland, in the canton of Vaud. It was founded in 1961 and is one of the largest international nature and environmental organizations.
