Based between London and Manchester, Alex Grace shoots commercial, editorial and fine art photography with a particular fondness for photographing animals. Hailing from the Northwest of England, Alex studied Photography at the University of Derby. Her lighting skills were perfected whilst training as a still life photographer in Manchester after which she moved to London to become Rankin's 1st Photo Assistant. Two years later, with worldwide experience of high end advertising and celebrity shoots, Alex spread her wings and moved to the sunnier climes of LA where, after working for renowned photographers Jill Greenberg and Warwick Saint, she built up her own commercial portfolio. Armed with passion, a good eye, great lighting techniques and strong production skills, Alex returned to London in 2008 to set up her own studio shooting commercial and editorial commissions for an enviable client list.

Für das schwedische Magazin THE WAY WE PLAY inszenierte Hans ERICKSSON eine ungewöhnliche Kids Fashion-Strecke und schilderte GoSee die Idee hinter dem Mode-Shooting bei dem weder ein Hair-Stylist noch ein Make-up Artist benötigt wurden:’ The idea about this job. It´s styled with only clothes that you(the stylist) had at home/office, so some kind of recycling thing. You don’t have to consume or sell all the time, to reflect about that. We didn´t use any hair/makeup just to do it more playful. We shoot the job on older kids, just before they become teenagers(tweenies). The clothes is also a mix of kids and adult clothes.
