About
Tim Brühlmann is the creative director of Gruppetto magazine. He is also responsible for the graphic design of Ochsner Sport and designs the "Playground Magazine." Thanks to Tim's experience, Gruppetto confidently navigates the winding roads to the summit. Behind Gruppetto are Corsin Zander, Kathrin Hefel, Laurent Aeberli, Pascal Ritter, and Tim Brühlmann.
The sports lexicon defines the term "Grupetto" as "a group of dropped professional cyclists on mountain stages." "Of course, we don't want to be the magazine of the dropped. But in Gruppetto, what counts is what cycling means to us. Here, on mountain stages of a Grand Tour, the exhausted support riders join forces with the heavier sprinters and form a unit to reach the stage finish within the time limit, the so-called cut-off time. Here, they not only provide each other with shelter from the wind but also help each other with food, water bottles, or spare parts. Solidarity among them is at the heart of it all."
