Patrik Hartmann works as Creative Director Art at Grabarz & Partner in Hamburg. The renowned German creative agency Grabarz & Partner is structurally part of Omnicom (OMC).
After starting his career at Jung von Matt in Hamburg—where he progressed from intern to graphic designer to Art Director and completed the Miami Ad School Europe's "Summer Academy"—he held positions as Senior Art Director at Leagas Delaney and Creative Director Art at FCB Hamburg.
From July 2020, he led the creative department at the Hamburg agency CarlNann as Creative Director. In addition to his agency work, he has been a member of the Art Directors Club of Germany (ADC) since September 2014 and has been sharing his expertise as a lecturer at the Miami Ad School since January 2015.
