The photo of Halima Aden wearing a Hijab on the catwalk and in campaigns is perhaps, at least for the Instagram generation, a more effective message on intercultural understanding than a Tweet from any politician. That's what Kristian Schuller thought too when he asked her to do the shoot with make-up artist Gabrielle THEURER c/o BASICS Berlin, who has been a companion of his for a long-time. With her reduced make-up, Gabrielle accentuated the beauty of Halima Aden even more. It was all published in ICON magazine. Take a look at the entire spread in Gabrielle THEURER's portfolio.

Stefanie SCHNEIDER c/o BASICS Berlin staged sustainable beachwear from Anekdot, Under Protection, Mymarini and Essentials for Zula even more with her make-up as well as fair fashion swimwear at Haubentaucher Berlin together with photographer Maria Dominika. Stefanie Brietzig c/o modeling stood in front of the camera. The spread was published in PEPPERMYNTA - THE ECO Magazine. Find more works by Stefanie SCHNEIDER in her portfolio.

From vegan fashion by streetwear label PLANT FACED to the use of vegan make-up during the shoot, Sophie Daum shows in her photos that vegan living and environmental awareness have long been more than an awe effect. Make-up artist Stefanie Schneider took care of hair & make-up during the production for Bright Zine mag, in which vegan products were also used. It was all published in Bright Zine mag, which is published and distributed by vegans and people interested in an ethical lifestyle. It is meant to further the discussion of vegan and ethical lifestyle topics and raise awareness and compassion for them. This spread once again stands for a new and innovative movement in the style of fashion – with the focus on sustainability in fashion.

“The day we graduated was the last day of the first day of school. No, that's wrong. It’s the last day of the first day of life, no, that's worse, that's one day.” – as confusing that may seem, a certain mysticism surrounds this day. The beginning of adulthood is overlapped with the filter of youth. As shiny and silvery as the make-up by Katharina HANDEL c/o BASICS Berlin which she conjured up on the models during the shoot with photographer Jessica Sidenros. The spread was published in OE magazine.
