Ivy Quainoo is certainly one of the most exciting voices in Germany. The Berlin pop singer with Ghanaian roots began her career as the incredibly well deserved winner of the first series of singing casting show ‘The Voice of Germany’. Those of you that saw her duet with singer-songwriter Florence Leontine Mary Welch (Florence and the Machine) probably had goose bumps all over. We all knew who deserved the crown in that moment.
And we all know how difficult it is to launch and sustain a career in Germany and beyond. But if we were to wish someone every success, then it certainly is this charming young lady with the big voice from Berlin-Neukölln. GoSee Member JAN RASMUS VOSS just shot the video for her latest catchy track ‘Atomic’ (see GoSee report). We are pleased to present it here on GoSee.
We caught up with Ivy Quainoo for a GoSeeTV interview in Berlin. She chats to GoSeeTV about her inspiration, driving force and new single ATOMIC. We love Ivy and wish you all a Merry Christmas and a wonderful start to the New Year. Love. GoSee.
